• Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for a refund, less a $25 cancel fee. Late cancellations will be refunded only if the Cottage becomes re-booked.
• Smoking is restricted to outside the Cottage
• Check in 3pm-5pm Check out 12 noon or by prior arrangements
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets, and more than 2 persons.
